An Intel processor with a 30% performance decrease is basically an AMD processor anyway so w/e

the limiting factor of high-end PCs is usually not their CPU anyways, so this won't really affect gaming desktops. Render farms and hosting services will be absolutely forgeted, while laptops and chromebooks (especially older ones) will be the most affected for normal consumers
