You're missing the point.
The media isn't looking at this on a one-off situation, or as an out of the blue issue.
They're treating it as though there needs to be a change in Youtube's guidelines, which are already hell as it is. The guidelines are loving stuff, Not just because they've become tightassed with their "Advertiser Friendly" bullstuff, they've been so vague so that the rules are gray and not solid so they can ban youtubers they don't like/hurt their name because they were
technically in the right.
IDGAF that Logan broke the guidelines, youtubers do this all the time, and it's dealt with. It's the fact that the media is treating this as grounds to try and push youtube into becoming Internet TV is whats really terrifying.
