Yes and Printscreen/Paste in paint or another program.

What do you mean?

OK bio spark here is what you do to find your static ip of your computer ( if it is a pc) first go to the start menu and hit run

then in the run promt type command then in the pop up that follows type ipconfig

if you have windows xp it should come up with about 3 ip addresses the one you are looking for  looks like this for the first 3 parts

192.168.1.( the part that chainges)

take the part that chainges and put it in the last part of the ip thing

like for mine i would use 2 for my ip which is

192.168.1.2

and what you pm'd me was your dynamic ip. what you need is a static ip

your lost, he can't even edit his dam router

and if you don't know how to reset the router, go to your router (literetly) and look around it (probly behind or under it NOT STANDBY) and press it, you may require to use a paperclip to press it.
