Hmm both Drivers and your computer sound out of date. Run Blockland and start a game then exit then post the console.txt on the forums which should be in the folder with Blockland.exe.

OpenGL driver information:
  Vendor: SiS
  Renderer: Mirage Graphics3
  Version: 1.5.0
 Missing WGLEXT function 'wglGetSwapIntervalEXT'
You are missing some WGLEXT Functions.  That's possibly VERY bad.
I still recommend updating your drivers if you haven't already. http://www.blockland.us/driverUpdate/index.html

Update drivers for Vista.
Make sure to get hotfixes from microsoft.
If all fails, then the graphics card cannot work at all with Vista. Replace Vista with windows XP.
