the email was like yoursecretadmierer- or something like that @gmail.com so not an actual name there

and "quiet as you are" likely means nothing too seeing as the recipient is a human being (not really known for being quiet)
the last line sounds pretty meaningless too

tbh it's probably nonsense just to get you to reply so they'll know whether your email address is actually in use

chances are it's some guy who's trying to get your interest by playing a game with you, and considering the fact people figured it out in minutes he had low expectations of you

I had a friend who did the same thing but he sent pictures of things in a category and asked girls which one they liked more, basically fluff so they can then talk and stuff
