Light themes burn my eyes. Even the regular BLF theme is too much, so I use Stylish to fix it.

when i updated to the latest version i think it told me that new themes were added, including the one you've posted. i can't remember if it set it to the dark theme by default or not but its still there by default (hidden under a setting probably)
