Spawning VERY high

when I start a minigame, I first respawn at spawn, then, when I die (it only happens in any slate map so far) I spawn WAY above the regular spawn point in the map, why?

Seems to be a TDM bug, so i'd try and get Space Guy on the horn if I were you.
