The point of having the United States of America is that they are UNITED!
If they overwhelmingly output laws that contradict our current ones, then they are obviously showing they aren't content staying in our union.

if your idea here is to govern the US using a unitary state, then you completely missed the boat by self-identifying as conservative

that's pretty much antithetical to what all republicans believe

a state's loyalty, or lack thereof, doesn't determine whether or not it's a state

if that were the case, the south would've been neutered way more after the civil war
