Hooked up a printer that hasn't been used in like a year, only works with black ink and has weird striping but it works

post image suggestions here idgaf what it is I'll print it until I run out of ink, am replacing said ink anyway

Ink is im guessing almost out, here's example of how good it prints

if it's a laserjet, just looks like the print heads need cleaned off.

Inkjet, the black ink cartridge has dried on black ink on the metal printing head that can't be removed no matter how hard I try, the color one is just out 100%
