If managed well, not really.
If a admin has to do everything on the server, then you just sit around building stuff and doing nothing untill the admin comes to you

MERPs suck but holy damn Soldier this backfired, maybe if you stop acting like a handicap and not get around the ban with an alt this wouldn't be as bad. Quality drama.
