considering the dude still brought a gun to campus and shot someone, i dont see how the deterrance is working. if he shot better, the victims would be dead even though he got gunned down quicker than the police could arrive

i would consider 2 dead kids  better than 17 dead kids. no dead kids is ideal, but we dont live in a perfect world
