i actually tried this myself to forget watching rick and morty (just to test this thing out, i don't have a reason to forget it) and it actually loving worked for me. i seriously remember very little to none about the show, including memes i've seen.

i have an open mind, and apparently it doesn't work unless you believe it'll work.

pretty weird but try at your own discretion if you'd like to test it out.

it feels like you're at higher consciousness in a way and your body is totally relaxed. best feeling though is coming out of it; it's sort of like coming out of a really good sleep.

it doesn't work for everyone because apparently every person has a different level of susceptibility to hypnosis.
