Has there ever been any transformers without the generic cast?

Beast Wars.
While Megatron had the same name he was not the same person as g1 megatron and this is explained further in the show. There were instances of g1 characters showing up(ravage) but it was a mostly new cast. You’ve generally got prime megatron and screamer in every g1 based show but other than that the cast is quite fluid

Galvatron and rodimus? The IDW series is pretty wide reaching but beast wars reusing optimus and megatron is factually incorrect because g1 prime and megs are in the show

I don’t know how a show that has had an amazing critical response and really paved the way for every single kids 3d show “isn’t right”
