Yes, I removed the add-on, restarted BL, hosted, and it worked. Re-added the mod, started BL, tried to host, got the blob error and froze at the end of loading datablocks.

see if removing your cache db will work. i honestly dont get why you specifically have this issue, if you find out anyone else has a similar issue let me know more details
