how do you guys make your burgers? would be interesting to know some tips & tricks and various other bullstuff

I dont normally cook burgers (or any meat because food poisoning sucks and you dont wanna trust me with cooking stuff) but when I do I make them medium-well most of the time
amazing tip: put butter in a pan and somewhat cook the buns. you wont regret it

Makes it so much easier to make and they always come out perfectly. I tend to keep the mix pretty basic, usually just a tablespoon of Dijon mustard, thyme & oregano with the mince.

as long as your keep your hands clean and don't do anything stupid i'm sure you'll be fine

cook eggs until they're solid, cook pork until its internal temperature is 145° F, poultry 165° F
