its kinda disingenuous that in the replies to the accusations, in a number of them he implicitly acknowledges them as true - the reply just explains what they did after the fact/in response to it. plus the doc doesnt cover some of the extremely serious ones. there's no sincere sounding apology either, just two lines at the end admitting they made mistakes and are striving to do better.
