lightshot ( https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html )when cropping an image you can press ctrl + s to save it directly to a folder.when you ctrl + s, you don't upload it to prnt.scr, it'll just drop to the folder.
program called lightshot. you can crop, color, and do immediate uploads. process takes like 20-30 seconds.
if anyone here doesnt say sharex, they can go die
