Author Topic: what is this loving display driver bullstuff  (Read 770 times)

okay so here's the rundown

I start playing dark souls 3 two days ago, sunday
I'm like "okay I want to play it again today" so I start the game

it's running literally at like a frame every two seconds, and the online server's like "forget this" and boots me back to the title menu because of how slow it's going
it was literally running 60 fps without a problem the entire time I played it sunday, and I got up to and beat vordt in that amount of time, the second boss

I check task manager and it has dark souls 3 running loving 90%+ of the cpu, and I'm planning to post the speccy temperature stats in a while
I'm also gonna try this with other games

does anyone know what the forget is happening I'm really sick of this loving bullstuff

EDIT:
OHHH
OH NEVER MIND LOL
IT'S JUST MORE DISPLAY DRIVER BULLstuff

i guess i'll be that guy and say why don't you upload your save progress and then do a clean reinstall of the game

it hovers around 45-50 degrees, nowhere near bad

uh didn't we plot a map of where everyone lived and 75% of them were east coasters

I found the issue.

You're playing a game meant for console on a PC.

try just uninstalling and reinstalling the driver
