AYA: Is it true having a lower BL_ID gives you a higher IQ?

I've been told owning a very low BL_ID will increase your IQ, give you advanced speed, improve performoance and make you overall a better person. Is this true, and if so is the opposite true? Does buying more hi BL_ID keys lower your IQ, and vice versa? Whats the middle line where the BL_ID doesn't increase or lower your IQ? Should we rename BL_ID to BL_IQ? Why is there an underscore between BL and ID? Where do you work?

lower bl_id just means there is a higher chance that they're older
and being older = probably knowing a lot more
knowing things doesn't mean you're smart tho so eh
