I have a folder with a bunch of sounds I want to put into blockland, but there's a bunch of sounds and I was wondering if there is an easier way to set up the server.cs file instead of going in and pasting every line to execute the sounds

That's already the easiest way. If you want a soubd to work in game you have to create a datablock, no way around it.
