Most meat can cause cancer. The problem is that conventional meats have trace amounts of carcinogens from how farm-raised animals are fed.

Well yeah but I've only ever heard that about red meat, with fish and poultry being touted as the risk-free alternative (bar actually charring the meats when you cook them which I've also heard can increase risk)
