you never really die you just change into something completely different

when you die your matter gets eaten by ants and then those ants get eaten by eagles and wasps and stuff and then those birds stuff on the ground and fertilize grass and cows eat that grass and then more humans eat the cows and like 1000 years from now you'll be part of everyone and you would've contributed to the higher race of humans
