So I downloaded Hatmod and a few different hat packs, and I deleted the hats that I didn't want (leaving about 20ish)

I've been hosting my server, and 100% of the time you find a hat, it's always the Welder hat.

Does anyone have any idea why it's not letting me find different hats?

The original jakeblade hatmod random-hat-selector function is broken (uses a fixed number, not actually random). There's a fixed version floating around, ask Mr Nobody maybe.

Yeah, Slezak fixed it for me a while back and I pushed out a fixed version with permission. https://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=280480.0
However, this version has a versioning problem that Ive never been able to work out. It always claims to be an older version.
