Watch out guys, bisjac might be preparing his master hand to totally burn us unwashed masses.

is he causin' you trouble boss? why don't i take 'im out for a little pic-nic, out in da country

ive burned guys like you thousands of times over the years here. im not even trying. new no-name people like him constantly show up and try it again, just to be forgotten like the rest.

Fart brothers be like

i've heard in some circles, bisjac's known as "the eviscerator", he's very well known for eviscerating people

Fart brothers may get a few bucks, but their audience is a minority compared to the rest of the world. I'm pretty not many companies are gonna those who only draw fart art.

I heard he burned this guy once so hard that he stopped posting on the forum. That's like, big time stuff right there

try me bitch owo

self-depreciation is ugly as forget and is a horrible personality quirk

people delude themselves into thinking it's cute or endearing when it really isn't

like it or not there is an objective quality to art

if you excuse objectively bad stuff with subjective arguments ("art is subjective", "it's my style", etc.) then all you're going to get is objectively bad stuff

Ah jeez its almost like art inherently has nothing to do with business
well if you do art in a professional setting it shows that you're reliable and know what you're doing. if you do it as a hobby you aren't a real artist, you're just someone who happens to be good at art and does it for fun.

its like if i said 'im a programmer' or 'im a game designer/developer' even though i'm clearly not. i've been scripting for 8 years and i know java and C# enough to program in them, but i'm far from being a programmer. i dont work in a professional setting so i dont understand the various industry techniques and i have no idea how to communicate between other programmers to form a cohesive program that is both readable, flexible and functional.

when you do something professionally you have a full understanding of almost every aspect of it, and understand how you can adapt and change your art style so that it can improve. if you're a hobbyist, you're a hobbyist.

And your authority on art is?

Artist already has a clear definition. "Professional artist" is already a title. No need to go on a full ramble about what qualifies as an artist because the only thing that qualifies someone as an artist is if they made art.
