He's just a constant stick-up-his-ass richard and it's either just for the sake of being one or because he lacks the social skills to realize that he's significantly more hostile than he is. Especially when he uses the excuse that 'other people are so I respond that way', when he's just always like that.

Despite all there is to Red Spy, at least the guy can hold an engaging conversation.
