I've got about a budget of $700 to get the best desktop or laptop I can find. No need to purchase any versions of Windows, my dad has a lot via his girlfriend that works for Microsoft.
I need a build that is very good at rending things through Adobe After Effects, Premiere, and Octane.
I don't know much about builds / laptops, so if y'all could guide me that'd be great!
