holy yikes

i would probably like
take off a sweater if i am wearing one and tie it around the wound

then i'd call 911 because i am definitely not qualified to do that

if we're so stupid all we can get from the situation is that he's "bleeding from the head" with no further details, the smart thing to do would be to call it in and move on with your day

call 911 and ask for medical help
look for a first aid kit in the car for a bandage or gauze or something and place it on the wound to control bleeding, if not use some other fabric like a napkin or something
ask the guy to keep calm
