Youtube is a Monopoly

This is going to be a bit more of a formal post.
Keep in mind some data is sourced from previous years, but all data is within 5 years of May 23rd, 2018.

As mentioned in freeadvice.com any company that has more than 75% of market share in a general market is likely to be considered a monopoly, and any company that has a market share of that size and uses it unfairly and in an anti-competitive matter, must be considered a monopoly.

In this thread I will be proving that youtube has a general market share greater than 75% and that they do misuse this marketshare, and therefore are a monopoly.

As stated in statista.org youtube garners 78.8% of online visitors in multimedia sites, with netflix in second place at 8%.
Frightening as this maybe, it gets worse, as youtub is a platform for public uploads by anyone. With that definition in mind, in order to be comparing apples to apples, the next runner up that meets the previously stated criteria is bing videos at 0.9%. That is a substantial gap.

It is also important to keep in mind that Google is the parent company of Youtube. Since Google's web searches that return videos overwhelmingly return videos from youtube, and similar reaults ensue when using Google's video search option.

Within the Youtube Platform, since Youtube has a 78.8% market share, with no competition. Youtube hand selects videos to be featured and blatantly hides content they determine to be "non-advertiser freindly", despite the fact many of their featured users blatantly contradict the same "advertiser friendly guidlines" and retain monetization. Most notebly is with Casey Neistat's video for charity to The Las Vegas shooting victims being demonitized, while a similar video posted by Jimmy Kimmel, which was not for charity, on the same website has kept it's monotization.

With no alternative to turn to, Youtube will continue these unfair and anti-competitive practices inside their website. Youtube is a monopoly both within and outside of itself.

And Monopolies are ILLEGAL in the United States.

You can try to derail my thread, but doing so instead of arguing against my point shows that you don't have a valid counter-argument, so instead you have to resort to anti-memes.
