Four shot, one injured in the panic. The shooter was shot and killed by an armed citizen that was at the location.

Suspect entered with ear plugs and some form of glasses. Unknow whether for protection or prescription.

This happened at Louie's on the Lake, an upscale restaurant and bar, near Lake Hefner in central Oklahoma City.
