my mic isnt working

my headset is being a loving piece of stuff right now
the mic isnt forgetin working and ive tryed doing the windows troubleshoot stuff to no avail
it isnt muted
ive tryed updating the drivers
nothing is loving working
i suspect it started loving up since i updated windows 10

gonna quote what i said in another thread if you need an alternative/new mic

i've always used my phone as a mic using the WO Mic app and just linking it thru usb
sounds as crisp as an actual mic that would've made me shill out 60+ bucks and it's free

ok im sure its an issue with the driver because the wo mic driver didnt work but the software did

i decided to roll back an update and that solved it
