If they're acknowledging and mocking, in universe, how the movie could have been called 'Ralph Wrecks the Internet' instead of 'Ralph Breaks the Internet', then why not just actually name the movie 'Ralph Wrecks the Internet' instead of being cheeky and using the given title as an excuse to squeeze out a meta joke? 😡

I wouldn't call it that they're more like cameos if anything. It's like how Toy Story had real toys to go along with fictional in-universe toys.
