yo my events are duplicating. why?

i place door

door has 1 event = onactivate - self - door - openCW

i save

i clear

i reload

door now has 2 events = onactivate self - door - openCW
                                      onactivate self - door - openCW

im borked. help

i should mention i havent noticed this until just recently, so the door actually has about 19 lines of this.
