Author Topic: Duckster's 3 TDMs  (Read 4225 times)

I'm posting each DM one at a time while I make and upload pictures. I've been building these over the past few weeks and each is around 10.5k bricks. They are mainly used for team death-matches, with two teams facing off.
I'd like to thank Ladios for making the Slate edits pack (I use slate desert) and Space Guy for the Team Deathmatch mod.
Feel free to pick you favorite or rate them, but please try to state why you rated it so. These aren't applications to any clan, just entertainment builds. So now that I've explained myself here's the first DM.

Middle Eastern Town

It's a Terrorist versus Counter-Terrorists DM.

Here's the Terrorist base up close with vans to the left, market in the middle, a house on the right, and the Counter Terrorist base in the back.

Here's the inside of the Counter-Terrorist base, which has the second story as a small hospital.

This would be an "Ant's Eye View" of the center market area.

And last I made a comedic picture of some confused Terrorists.

Thanks to LoserHero for touching up the pillars on the house and providing some interior for the hospital. Thanks to DarkStride for making the pill cabinet. Someone made the very top of the tower by the vans, but his name escapes me. Jervan?

I've also included the save, in case anyone would like it to explore.

Next: My Capture the Flag "Two Forts"(Yes TF2ish)
« Last Edit: March 17, 2008, 09:43:30 PM by Duckster »

Here's my next DM:

Two Forts: Mill vs. Factory

Here is the Mill worker's base. It processes, stores, and ships corn-products.

Here is the insides of the Mill base, where corn gets turned from husk to grain.

Here is the Factory. This little place is built for processing materials into products. Currently there's about 89 casualties from "Work Related Accidents".

What we have here is the main manufacturing assembly. Very dangerous equipment in here requires lots of care, which the workers seem to lack.

What these two companies are fighting for is rights over the man-made cbrown town in the center. Both are dumping waste into the river, and they need to get rid of the other to "Minimize Competition"

Thanks go to ArchiSilver and DarkStride for contributing to the interiors of the factory.

Again, I've included a save to explore. This is meant to be a CTF, so the forts have a similar layout.

Next: Military excursions: a Seige Game

I really do love these tdms.

And finally!!!

Military Excursions

The attackers ought to familiarize themselves with their captured base, an underground reactor.

After a short trek through the tunnels, they reach the fresh, sweet, outside. (Dramatic Effect) Little do they know that an enemy is abound waiting for them.

"Sir! We got company!" It seems like a small task force is assigned to defending their AA gun, and preventing the attackers from sweet success.

"Oh no!" Said the attacker, so he decided to go hop into the local building for cover. Let's just say he got distracted pretty fast when he saw food.

Meanwhile, the army task force is preparing to defend against the incoming attackers, and they are well equipped.

It looks like it's going to be tough for the attackers to capture this AA gun with the army around.

No thanks available other than people entertaining me while I built.

Here would be the last save of the bunch, meant for you to explore.

This is the final so far, so thanks for everyone who took the time to read this and comment.

No thanks available other than people entertaining me while I built.

I believe that credit is due to the confused terrorist holding the staircase at gunpoint ;D

What a coincidence! That's me!

they were all very fun to play on  :cookieMonster:

Oh, haha I meant no credit on the Military Excursions, because I built that, the other ones people helped.

The mill vs factory one is my favorite, but they are all awesome.

They look very nice, good job. I hope I get to play on one sometime. :cookie:

I'm working on a new one on RKY's server, I might have some in-progress pictures soon. It's a city-ish DM that we're gonna try making a Hobo Game for. So far it looks pretty good I think.

I liked all of these in playing them. 8.75/10
