So a lot of people have been having the same issue with this add-on where when you spawn it in it is stuck at a weird angle and won't budge so I did some searching and one person said to make the floor bricks because the physical ground was causing the glitch so I covered an area with 64x64 plates and put the water height all the way up and it didn't work.
