Need help identifying sound effects

I need help identifying some sound effects because I can't find them anywhere. In games like pokemon and earthbound whenever a text box appears and letters start scrolling there's always that little cool sound that follows with it. I have been trying to find the sound effect for this everywhere but I can't find it at all, can someone help?

it's just a dialogue blip, but you aren't going to find one for pokemon, as they only had a sound for advancing the conversation, not for the actual dialogue
