So basically: there are lots of ways to say (send info to) something, some your computer understand, some they dont. Some understand one way while others, the majority in this case (?), don't. The update is changing it from so the majority can understand what is said(recieved)?
No, basically all I'm saying is that because of the way computers do things, when Badspot adds a feature or fixes a bug, there's a chance that the change will cause blockland to communicate slightly differently. And because computers are usually set up to expect very percise messages, these small changes that happen cause the different versions to not be able to understand each other.
I'm also saying that Badspot could put in the time and effort to make it so that all future versions of blockland can communicate with each other, but wouldn't you prefer that Badspot spend that time and effort adding features instead?

I was hoping to enlighten people with the truth. Those of us who have been around long enough know that rumors can be very destructive in this community.
