Badspot explicitly has stated in the past if your perma’d and not bos you can come back. unless I’m mistaken all of this is temp ban evasion, not coming back after a perma

So since they're perma'd now, does this mean if they were to get yet another alt, they'd be fine or banned again?
Not enforcing it and letting toxic users return the moment they got banned is actually the reason why many people left, because the toxic users were allowed to persist, which soured the game for a lot of people
Except permabanned users still can use their key and play the actual game and do the same stuff on the game (so long as it isn't a revokeable offense), and come right back on an alt if they get banned from a particular server. That and the fact that there are so many other outlets for "toxic" users to find people to harass, like discord and glass make this a moot point now. Too little too late, they should've enforced their rules better to begin with and now they're just playing favorites.
