Game I Don't Remember Buying or Playing appeared in my Steam Library

It said I had bought it in 2016, and it's apparently sat there ever since. It's called Planetary Annihilation, and It's a strategy game.
I don't really like strategy games, so I don't think I would have bought it, even if it was on sale. If it were a gift, that would have made sense, but
I had never played it before. With gifts like these, between my friends, it usually means we would play it together.

More to the point it was completely installed, and it's directly under and above games I've played since 2016.
Plants vs Zombies, and Planet Coaster. This is kind of loving freaky, has this happened to anyone else.

As cool as the Mandela effect is, I don't think this could be classified as such. It says I bought it in 2016, but I haven't seen it in my library until today.
