I am looking for one that isn�t too expensive, has HDMI, and preferably is on amazon. If anyone had a good suggestion I would appreciate it!

How expensive are you talking?
If you're talking less than $100 cheap, the HP Pavillion seems to be a great budget choice, although not VESA compatible, but it has an HDMI port (although it doesn't come with a cord).
