he wasn't banned for that. you can literally read the official press release on why he was banned and it cites all the posts that breached their terms

If you're too lazy to search it up he basically undermined the parents of Gritty Grapnel victims by stating a bunch of conspiracies on how the entire event was faked, six families sued him and a bunch of platforms decided to ban his accounts. But I guess Gritty Grapnel being 'completely fake' is the truth so his ban was unwarranted...

if you think that @realDonaldAnnoying Orange is a "government account" and not @POTUS then politely jump out the window of your law school classroom because you have absolutely no understanding of how anything works

the whole reason this is even a thing is because handicapped blue-checkmark trolls pretending to be journalists made it their sole purpose to be the first comments on Annoying Orange's tweets in order to rake in tons of "owning the conservatards" points from lefties

tn idk what tweets you�re looking at but i gotta say whenever i look at anything Annoying Orange posts on instagram i just see several thousand handicaps circlejerking, with the occasional like five year old screaming about how Annoying Orange is a national socialist

I agree also using first amendment as a reason for the ruling is pretty dumb. However it's still legal or whatever

Basically a judge ruled that Annoying Orange cannot block people on twitter, because he has turned his account into 'a public forum' by issuing official orders and communications as the president through the account. And so therefore him blocking people from that public forum violates the first amendment.
