Containment Breach
Secure. Contain. Protect
"The site is experiencing multiple Keter and Euclid level containment breaches. Full site lock-down initiated."

What is this?
Welcome to the Containment Breach, inspired heavily off SCP - Containment Breach, this is a 1:1 remake of the original game with a few exceptions and extras including new rooms and SCPs to keep the server fresh. You awake in your cell as a Class-D, awaiting your death. However, before you've been selected to your doom, a large-scale containment breach occurs, resulting in your cell block to be unlocked. Your first thought to come to your mind is freedom, however, you must be cautious on what awaits you. Monsters and anomalous entities await you, stalking and waiting to kill you. You must team up with fellow participants in-order to escape the facility alive. I wish you the best of luck.

SCP servers have never had a good reputation in blockland. This is usually because of the lack of quality servers ranging from WIP servers or horrid roleplay servers that make you want to rip your eyes out. This however, is not the case. This server is an interactive horror survival server where your primary goal is to stay alive and make it to the facility exit across three site zones, including...

Light Containment Zone
The Light Containment Zone is the zone home to the D-Class cell blocks, also primarily used to store and contain Safe or Euclid SCP objects. The highest level of security clearance required to access the entire zone is Level 2 - Level 3 clearance. The zone is separated into two districts, titled the Terminus Wing and bordered by Storage Area 6. The Heavy Containment Zone entrance is in the Terminus Wing and requires Level 2 clearance to enter.

These images don't make up the entire build, those images are only 15% of the Light Containment Zone.

Heavy Containment Zone
The Heavy Containment Zone is a red zone in the Containment Breach. The zone is notorious on containing Euclid and the most dangerous, Keter SCP objects. Due to the fact that all SCPs are free, the Heavy Containment Zone is a risky part of the facility. The maximum security clearance needed to access the entire zone is Level 4 primarily. The zone is known to be hard to navigate so it is wise to try and map out the zone as best as you can so you can avoid confrontation with specific SCP objects and easily escape them. Images are scarce or expunged.

These images aren't even 5% of the Heavy Containment Zone. lol.

Entrance Zone
i didn't make this yet

Support on this project would be most appreciated and helpers are usually welcomed most of the time since only me and my friend have been working on this for a few months now. It's worth mentioning that I have spent some time making an SCP - Containment Breach sound pack, print pack, and music pack. There are 65+ sounds, 20+ prints, and 13 iconic tracks. Suggestions are most appreciated and criticism is also needed to ensure the quality of the server on launch. I'm also going to consider a private beta sometime in the future so look forward to that. Currently, the only functioning SCPs are SCP-049 and SCP-173, scripters, coders, and modelers are most needed right now.

S.C.P Codex
A guide to not dying!

SCP-173
Object class: Euclid

It is constructed from concrete and rebar with traces of Krylon brand spray paint. SCP-173 is animate and extremely hostile. The object cannot move while within a direct line of sight. Line of sight must not be broken at any time with SCP-173. Object is reported to attack by snapping the neck at the base of the skull, or by strangulation. SCP-173 is the most hostile Euclid-class object currently in the facility prior to containment breach. Approaching or confronting object is suggested that you have at least one other individual accompanying you.

SCP-106
Object class: Keter

SCP-106 appears to be an elderly humanoid, with a general appearance of advanced decomposition. This appearance may vary, but the “rotting” quality is observed in all forms. SCP-106 is not exceptionally agile, and will remain motionless for days at a time, waiting for prey. SCP-106 is also capable of scaling any vertical surface and can remain suspended upside down indefinitely. When attacking, SCP-106 will attempt to incapacitate prey by damaging major organs, muscle groups, or tendons, then pull disabled prey into its pocket dimension. SCP-106 is capable of passing through solid matter, leaving behind a large patch of its corrosive mucus. SCP-106 is able to “vanish” inside solid matter, entering what is assumed to be a form of “pocket dimension”. SCP-106 is the only Keter class S.C.P to have escaped prior to the containment breach. SCP-106 usually lurks in the maintenance tunnels but occasionally leaves to hunt for more prey.

SCP-049
Object class: Euclid

SCP-049 is a humanoid entity, roughly 1.9 meters in height, which bears the appearance of a medieval plague doctor. While SCP-049 appears to be wearing the thick robes and the ceramic mask indicative of that profession, the garments instead seem to have grown out of SCP-049's body over time, and are now nearly indistinguishable from whatever form is beneath them. SCP-049 will become hostile with individuals it sees as being affected by the Pestilence, often having to be restrained should it encounter such. If left unchecked, SCP-049 will generally attempt to kill any such individual; SCP-049 is capable of causing all biological functions of an organism to cease through direct skin contact. How this occurs is currently unknown, and autopsies of SCP-049's victims have invariably been inconclusive. SCP-049 has expressed frustration or remorse after these killings, indicating that they have done little to kill "The Pestilence", though will usually seek to then perform a crude surgery on the corpse. SCP-049 usually lurks Sector-2 prior to the containment breach or roams Heavy Containment Zone. SCP-049 will occasionally enter Light Containment Zone if no one is in Heavy Containment Zone to distract him. SCP-049 has possession of a Level 2 access card, meaning he can open Level 2 clearance doors.

"Well, what are you waiting for?"

yo is this going to be up over the weekend?

Sounds fun! I will join for sure!

yo is this going to be up over the weekend?
Unfortunately, no. There is still a lot of work to be done and things to be fixed but I'll make a notice when I do a private beta to test how the gamemode flows.

holy stuff, this looks dope. can't wait to see this when it's all done.

I'm currently having a debate on how each SCP will operate. From what I've been plotting, SCP-173 will have the functionality to roam the entire facility and hunt other players while SCPs like SCP-106 and SCP-049 are going to be designated to a specific area to add challenge and publicity for the area.

SCP-173 roams the entire facility and can occasionally appear in locked-down areas or down stair areas.

SCP-106 is assigned to stay in the Maintenace Tunnels area as seen in-game. SCP-106 cannot go beyond Maintenace Tunnels at this time and I have no intention to change that with SCP-173 being a threat.

SCP-049's home area is his containment chamber located in Section-2 of the facility. SCP-049, just like SCP-106, cannot go beyond his area while SCP-173 is a threat. Occasionally, SCP-049 will be allowed to roam the Heavy Containment Zone fluently with SCP-173 disabled.

At the time of me writing this, there are no plans for SCP-096 in the gamemode. However, if we did manage to make a SCP-096 AI with a consistent face-detection system, then SCP-096 would be stationed in specific rooms in the Heavy Containment Zone.

Also, just a reminder that I am open to suggestions and ideas for the server.

i still wonder to this day why some parts of scp files are either redacted or expunged..

Just a little update...
I've been remodeling the Maintenance Tunnel area as it looked unprofessional and poorly put together and in my opinion, looks way better then it was prior to the changes. I have also been experimenting and testing on how SCP-106 reacts to unique patterns or player routes. It's safe to say SCP-106 works under certain circumstances but cannot function in maze like environment, so the Maintenance Tunnels are currently based off the old version, just a big square with a branch tunnel sticking out.

While I was testing SCP-106, I took a snazzy picture of the Maintenance and SCP-106.

I've also been debating on hosting this server as soon as Halloween to fit the season, although cutbacks are necessary in-order for that to happen. Hopefully you guys can give me your opinion on when I should start hosting this.
