Depends on how they were bred and how they were raised. Pitbulls who are bred to be agressive and are kept outside isolated for years are agressive. Pitbulls bred to be family dogs by a reputable breeder and raised by a loving family are normal dogs on the caliber of German Shepards and Rottweilers

The absolute majority of raised pitbulls are mutts who get fed by their owner and nothing else. They're popular as cheap protection dogs for scaring away people but unlike rottweilers they're not expensive enough for the average mexican/black dude who owns them to actually care for them and are going to continue being bred carelessly
