The new #WalkAway movement | Leaving the Left Behind?

This just popped up as an ad today on YouTube for me:

In the sidebar several videos with the same "#WalkAway" tag in them. From what I can tell this is about people supposedly leaving the left, and them explaining how they came to be left and then how they have come to decide to leave the left. Although many of these videos focus on being a democrat, I'm not entirely sure that is a requirement for these videos. I also have no idea if it isn't a requirement for this either. From what I understand this is either very new or not very well known at the moment, either way this is rather interesting.

People are leaving the left, but why now?

It's probably not well known or worth discussing. People change their political alignments all the time, why is it suddenly special when people change from left leaning opinions. People have been bouncing from left to right since the dawn of civilization to follow whichever political wing will bring them the most money so all of this is entirely typical

i mean, most of the time with these movements, people are announcing it to try to start new factions/parties/political ideologies

take for example in canada where the conservative party split because of different ideologies

I think this is just a movement to split from the left and form something more centrist? idk

In that case it's almost entirely stupid because centrist ideology is the least popular of all political opinions. It would make more sense if they became classic libertarian instead because why else would you denounce socialism if not to adopt individualist libertarian unicorns

jokes aside no centrist political party will ever win because the weight of disagreeing with people exceeds that of agreeing with people and centrism disagrees with both left and right ideology consistently

Your post is ambiguous on what youre saying about me so I'm going to respond to both potential complaints.

If you're saying I didn't vote:
I was 17 during the last presidential election, and I've been voting whenever possible, ever since I've turned 18.

If you're saying no one likes me:
Oh well, plenty of people don't like me, and plenty of people don't like other people. That's life.
