All laws and policies and whatever are manmade concepts and a lot of them don't even make sense and some of them are unjust laws.

Yes you agree to the stuffty terms of service, yes there is no such thing in the constitution that protects us from corporations. But does that make it right? No it doesn't. It's right in the eyes of the law but it's wrong for the people.
