If you act as a stressed out person does your body think you're stressed out?

Like if you were an actor on a TV show that has to yell a lot does your body think you are under a lot of stress even though you're not?

Probably I think, your able to trick your brain to do certain stuff which I find cool


i think i've read something that said the placebo effect applies to that too

so if you think it you will become stressed

People have forced themselves to cry so I assume forcing yourself to be stressed out is a thing.


same thing applies when you act like a handicap.


i don't know what its like to not be stressed out for an entire day so uhhhh
