Poor guy(s) went through a great deal of effort to make their accounts look legit.
Account 1
Account 2 - 15 year old account?

They must have really wanted my 10 strange TF2 items valued at $5 total.

Durka dude is at risk of being scammed! And he needs your help!

That's a well done scam
I've checked every nook and cranny i could find about their accounts but both of them have nothing, i can't think of anyone who would keep the same username for 15 years as well

SteamREP has a page about this so it seems to be known already

Steam lets you clear your name history, which is pretty stupid for this exact reason. They must have phished somebody's account or guessed the password on an inactive old one.

Hacking into super old inactive accounts is a real thing definitely, I see lots of babies who are like 12 yet own accounts their age or older
