In times we're stressed as hell or have pent up anger within you, we usually try to ease these two things via music. So as the title implies, post songs that help you calm down in sticky situations.

Here's mine.

for me recently it's been The Flaming Lips - Feeling Yourself Disintegrate + Sleeping on the Roof

off of their 1999 record, "The Soft Bulletin". highly underrated stuff.

Listening to it, it's cool. I've been listening (perhaps too much) Pink Floyd songs lately, there's been a few that's also made me felt at ease as well I'll list them via Album (I shall also update the OP as well)

most of the songs in this thread evoke some sense of nostalgic longing which is uncomfortable and the opposite of "at ease", for me at least. i think something fast-paced and repetitive helps to distract from stress.

sweet trip & candy claws are good tho
