Trying to host my school shooting server

The "Shooters" Team is supposted to have only 1 player in it, but for some reason, whenever the minigame ends, it doesn't put ANYONE into the team, but it does for the Security (1 player) and Students

any ideas?

Wow nevermind then, putting the two teams that have specific amount of players at the top of the team list seemed to have fixed the issue
