yea when i had a cs:go inv i told ppl to comment on my profile or they would get blocked, it was necessary. i still get random invs now with an empty inv and my blocklist is

The only way they could get access to your steam account is if you send them the confirmation code you receive in your e-mail, you can't access someone elses Steam without it unless you know their e-mail credentials too.

mine is at 248 and people still come after me every now and then for my tf2 stuff

this sounds like so much fun tho. I can verbally abuse the scammer

just so we're clear, is there essentially no way that your account could get compromised if you refuse to give these guys any of your credentials like passwords or email?

yeah pretty much, if u already know about the methods and don't give any info to the chat or even to a site they link then ur gonna be fine. and also to not enter ur password on a site that almost convincingly looks like it's steam from a link too is another i've heard of
