Laggin problem(very detailed)

Sometimes disableing your anti-virus when you play helps.
i have to do that with  tf2 and hl2

1) what do you recomend on ram?

And I think the problem is that I can get a constant stream of data...

The thing is i monitored blockland and found that when this happens that I stop sending info to the Blockland server and the Blockland server stops sending stuff to me but every like 2 sec it sends a little bit of info...

any suggestions and please reply to #3
